Add temp thumbnail URL to improve loading speed. Add URL validate when editing thumbnail. Minor bugs fixed. Note: After upgrading, please go to AdminCP -> Tools -> Cron entries -> Fetch Thumbnail & run.
Added option to turn on / off thumbnail for Youtube, Vimeo, Dailymotion. Fix errors when posts with videos have been deleted.
